On July 31, 2018, Mr. Harold Albert, a member of the Board of Directors of Profire Energy, Inc., notified the company that he was resigning from the board, effective July 31, 2018. Mr. Albert informed the company that his decision to resign was due to the need to attend to family medical situations and did not result from any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices.
Profire Energy, Inc. is a technology company. The Company is focused on the upstream, midstream, and downstream transmission segments of the oil and gas industry. It specializes in the engineering and design of burner and combustion management systems and solutions. The Companyâs applications include combustors, enclosed flares, gas production units, treaters, glycol and amine reboiler, indirect line heaters, heated tanks, and process heaters that require heat as part of its production and or processing functions.
