PGNiG named Jerzy Kwiecinski as the new CEO to replace former helmsman Piotr Wozniak. The supervisory board also named Robert Perkowski as COO and Jaroslaw Wrobel as deputy CEO for trade. Also, as of January 15, Przemyslaw Waclawski will join the management as CFO and Arkadiusz Sekscinski as deputy CEO for development.

The Management Board of PGNiG informed that on January 9th 2020 the PGNiG's Supervisory Board appointed the following persons to the Management Board of PGNiG for the 6th joint term of office to begin on January 10th 2020, i.e.: Mr. Jerzy Kwiecinski - President of the PGNiG Management Board, Mr. Robert Perkowski - Vice-President, Operations, Mr. Jaroslaw Wrobel - Vice-President, Trade, and starting on January 15th 2020: Mr. Arkadiusz Sekscinski - Vice-President, Development. The joint term of office of the Management Board of the Company shall last 3 years. At the same time, the Company informs that the PGNiG's Supervisory Board dismissed, effective as of end of the day on January 9th 2020, the following members of the Management Board: Mr. Piotr Wozniak - President of the PGNiG Management Board, Mr. Michal Pietrzyk - Vice-President, Finance, Mr. Robert Perkowski - Vice-President, Operations, Mr. Maciej Wozniak - Vice-President, Trade, Mr. Lukasz Kroplewski - Vice-President, Development.
