POLNORD : Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2016

Legal basis: Article 56 (1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

POLNORD SA ('Polnord', the 'Company') hereby informs that in 2016 it will publish periodic reports on the following dates:

1) Individual annual report for 2015 (R) - 21.03.2016

2) Consolidated annual report for 2015 (RS) - 21.03.2016

3) Consolidated quarterly reports (QSr) for:

QI 2016 - 16.05.2016

QIII 2016 - 14.11.2016

4) Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2016 (PSr) - 31.08.2016.

In accordance with § 83, section 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information (the 'Regulation'), Polnord informs that the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will include the quarterly financial information and the condensed semi-annual financial statements, respectively. Therefore, the Company will not publish separate individual quarterly reports and a separate individual semi-annual report.

The Company, pursuant to §102, section 1 of the Regulation, will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2015, and pursuant to §101, section 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2016.

Legal basis: In accordance with §103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information.
