The Board of Directors of POLMED S.A. with its registered office in Starogard Gdański informs that on 13 August 2015 the annex to a significant lease contract dated 12 December 2001 (hereinafter: the Annex) between Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa "Młyniec" with its registered office in Gdańsk (the Lessor) and POLMED S.A. (the Lessee) was concluded.
The contract covers the lease of premises in the building located at ul. Startowa 1 in Gdańsk of an area about 1227 square meters. By virtue of the Annex, the term of the lease contract was conditionally extended for a further ten years - until 31
December 2034. The contract will be extended under the condition precedent that until 31 December 2020 POLMED SA at its own expense carries out modernization and adaptation works in leased premises in order to adapt it to the technical and sanitary standards required by the applicable building law.
The aforementioned Annex shall enter into force on 1 September 2015.
The estimated value of the contract for the remaining period of its validity - assuming the fulfillment of the abovementioned condition precedent - resulting from the rent and the sum of advances on maintenance fees is approximately PLN 3,900,000, which means that the value of the contract as a result of the Annex increased by about PLN 2,050,000. These figures do not take into account the annual indexation of rent for an average annual increase in prices of goods and services for the previous year announced by the President of the CSO.
Other conditions of this Annex do not differ from commonly used terms for this type of contracts.

The contract amended by the aforementioned Annex is significant (assuming the fulfillment of the condition precedent set out in the Annex)due to the fact that the value of the Contract is in excess of 10% of the equity of the Issuer.
The Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent information required by the law of a non-Member State - §5 (1)(3)
