Report topic:Agreement on the implementation of the contract with TU Zdrowie S.A.

The Board of Directors of POLMED S.A. with its registered office in Starogard Gdański in relation to the current report No. 14/2015 of 28 May 2015 informs that on 29 July 2015 there was an agreement between POLMED SA and Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Zdrowie S.A. with its registered office in Gdynia (hereinafter: TU Zdrowie) concerning the implementation of the contract for the provision of claims settlement by the medical provider (hereinafter: the Contract), which affects its estimated value.
As the Issuer informed previously - TU Zdrowie is bound to commission POLMED SA, within 24 months from the date of conclusion of the Contract, the implementation of this Contract in respect of at least 50% of the total eligible persons under insurance contracts. Following the Agreement, from 1 September 2015 TU Zdrowie will commission POLMED SA the implementation of the Contract with respect to 100% of the entitled persons under insurance contracts. This Agreement does not imply any change in the volume of the entitled persons guaranteed by the Contract - it only refers to the actual expected level of implementation of the Contract.
At the same time, the two Parties have agreed to temporary reduce the rate of one of the factors affecting the final remuneration due to POLMED SA in relation to the volume of clients served in excess of the guaranteed by the Contract (for the period maximally until 31
May 2016.). Other conditions of the Contract remain unchanged.
In the opinion of the Issuer, the Agreement may translate into an increased value of the Contract from the previously estimated PLN 9-10 million annually (potentially PLN 17 million) to PLN 13-14 million revenue annually (potentially PLN 18 million).
The Contract, which terms were changed upon the Agreement, is significant due to its value exceeding
10% of the equity of the Issuer.
