Peak Minerals Limited announced that Mr. Tom Eadie has advised the Peak Minerals board that he will not be seeking re-election to the board following his retirement by rotation at the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will therefore retire as Chairman and non-executive director. Mr. Robert Boston will take on the role of Non-executive Chairman of Peak Minerals. Mr. Boston is a lawyer by training, with extensive experience in commercial and marketing roles with BHP and Rio Tinto and also a number of junior miners and explorers. Peak Minerals' current MD, Mr. David Leavy, will step down from this role and will remain on the board. These changes will provide the foundations for Peak Minerals to realise the full value of its Hill End gold projects and the projects to be acquired through the acquisition of Greenrock Metals.
