Parque Arauco S.A. Reports Earnings Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended June 30, 2022

Parque Arauco S.A. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was CLP 56,896.95 million compared to CLP 29,231.74 million a year ago. Net income was CLP 45,965 million compared to net loss of CLP 5,244.8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CLP 50.75 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of CLP 5.79 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was CLP 50.75.
For the six months, sales was CLP 109,261.22 million compared to CLP 62,818.23 million a year ago. Net income was CLP 52,395.18 million compared to net loss of CLP 9,944.93 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CLP 57.85 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of CLP 10.98 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was CLP 57.85.
Parque Arauco SA is a Chile-based company engaged in the real estate industry. The Company focuses on the acquisition, development and management of multi-format real estate assets, mainly for commercial use. The Company owns and operates various formats of shopping centers, such as regional, neighborhood, outlet malls and strip centers.
