Mattamy Homes Limited agreed to acquire 80% stake in Land at 57 Linelle Street, Toronto from Park Lawn Corporation (TSXV:PLC) for CAD 8.2 million on November 1, 2015. Under the terms of the agreement, Mattamy Homes shall pay CAD 1.6 million on signing of the agreement, CAD 0.8 million on closing, CAD 0.8 million 180 days after signing and Park Lawn will take back mortgage in the amount of CAD 4.9 million for 18 months. The deal is expected to close 60 days after signing of the agreement.
