Snap Interactive, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

Effective November 14, 2016, the Board of Directors of Snap Interactive, Inc. entered into an executive employment agreement with Judy Krandel under which Ms. Krandel was appointed to serve as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, including the roles of principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. Ms. Krandel replaces Alexander Harrington, who had been serving as interim Chief Financial Officer and fulfilling the duties of principal financial officer and principal accounting officer since March 15, 2014. Mr. Harrington will continue to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Ms. Krandel, 51, previously served as a member of the Company's Board from March 2016 until the completion of the Company's merger with A.V.M. Software, Inc. (d/b/a Paltalk) in October 2016.
Paltalk, Inc. is a communications software provider that powers multimedia social applications. Its products include Paltalk, Camfrog, ManyCam, Tinychat and Vumber. Paltalk and Camfrog are both available on Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android and other tablet devices. Together, these products power a collection of video-based communities, with technology to host thousands of simultaneous live group conversations on topics such as politics, financial markets, music and dating, among others. ManyCam is a live streaming software and virtual camera that allows users to deliver professional live videos on streaming platforms, video conferencing apps and distance learning tools. Vumber is a telecommunications services provider that enables users to communicate privately by having multiple phone numbers with any area code through which calls can be forwarded to a user's existing telephone number. Tinychat is Web-based, enables adaptations of its video technology and does not require a download.
