Reference: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015

With reference of the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company approved the signing of the Revenue Sharing Agreement between P. E. Analytics Limited and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Orenda India, a Marketing unit of a M/s BHH Orenda Private Limited (formerly known M/s Oakwood Marketing Pvt Ltd), where both the parties jointly assessed the opportunities and synergies which exists within the Real Estate and Financial Sector, in their mutual interest to jointly pursue the business opportunities for purposes of promoting their individual business activities on much larger plane and for undertaking & executing projects of multifarious nature and dimensions involving the respective expertise and resources on revenue sharing basis. The parties on assignment-to- assignment basis will decide the Revenue sharing ratio.

The Meeting of the Board of Directors held on Monday i.e March 06th, 2023 & was commenced at 12:15 p.m and concluded at 2:20 p.m.
