On January 10, 2022, Origin Bancorp, Inc. (the "Registrant") issued a press
release announcing that on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. Central
Time, the Registrant will host an investor conference call and webcast to review
its fourth quarter and full year 2021 financial results. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by
reference. The webcast will include a slide presentation which consists of
information regarding the Registrant's operations and financial performance. The
presentation materials will be posted on the Registrant's website after market
close on January 26, 2022.
