COVINGTON, Ky., January 10, 2012 - Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR) today announced a component of its 2012 financial guidance. The Company expects full-year 2012 earnings per diluted share to be in the range of $2.37 to $2.47 (excluding special items, which are described on Omnicare's website under "Supplemental Financial Data" from the "Investors" page).
