Oman Insurance Company (OIC), one of the UAE's leading insurers, has become the first insurer in the Middle East to establish a corporate alliance with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

The ACFE is recognized as the world's largest and premier anti-fraud organization and has partnerships with numerous Fortune Global 500 organizations. Its role is to support the implementation of anti-fraud best practices across organizations by providing access to tools, resources and training.

Christos Adamantiadis, CEO of OIC, commented, 'We are delighted to be the first insurer in the Middle East to establish this corporate alliance with the ACFE. While OIC has invested heavily in building robust internal control processes and corporate governance practices to detect fraud, this alliance will provide unique resources to minimize instances of fraud and improve profitability.'

James D. Ratley, President of the ACFE said, 'We are excited to welcome Oman Insurance Company to the Corporate Alliance Program. Participation in the Corporate Alliance provides the training and resources needed to give an organization like Oman Insurance Company the advantage of staying ahead of financial crimes.'
