Notification of Directors' interest in shares

office2office ("o2o" or "the Company") has today been advised that Jim Cohen, Senior non-executive Director, has increased his beneficial interest in o2o following the purchase on 10 September 2013 of 41,850 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of 49.00p per Share. His total beneficial interest is now 107,346 Shares.
