Item 8.01 Other Material Event

On January 5, 2021, Odyssey Group International, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC:ODYY) received a donation in the amount of $500,000 in partnership with the Erase PTSD Now organization and the Glenn Greenberg and Linda Vester Foundation. These funds will be used to progress the Phase 1 human clinical trials for drug candidate PRV-002 for the treatment of concussion.
