Oceanus Group Limited Announces Retirement of Yeo Kan Yen, Alvin as Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a Member of the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee

Oceanus Group Limited announced that Mr. Yeo Kan Yen, Alvin retired as a lead independent director of the company at the conclusion of the AGM held on April 30, 2018. Consequently, Mr. Alvin Yeo ceased to hold the office as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
