Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. (TSE:3283) agreed to acquire Prologis Park Ogori from Hisayama Property Specific Purpose Co. for ¥5.92 million on December 5, 2022. The transaction is expected to complete on December 15, 2022. As on December 13, 2022, The Borrowing will be made for funding the acquisition costs of Prologis Park Inagawa 1, Prologis Park Kobe 3 and Prologis Park Ogori and the amount of borrowing is ¥14 billion. Out of ¥14 billion borrowing, The short term borrowing is ¥5 billion and will be financed by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and MUFG Bank, Ltd. and the long term borrowing is ¥9 billion and will be financed by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, MUFG Bank, Ltd., Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Development Bank of Japan Inc., Resona Bank, Limited., The Norinchukin Bank, The Bank of Fukuoka, Ltd., The Nishi-Nippon City Bank, Ltd., The Iyo Bank, Ltd., The 77 Bank, Ltd., The Yamanashi Chuo Bank, Ltd., Aozora Bank, Ltd., Shinsei Bank, Limited, Shinkin Central Bank and MUFG Bank, Ltd.
