Aspirant Group, Inc. made a tender offer to acquire Parking Management Organization, Ltd. (TSE:3251) from NIPPON PARKING DEVELOPMENT Co., Ltd. and others for ¥2.6 billion on November 25, 2015. The offer is made to acquire 7.8 million shares at ¥330 per share. As per the offer, the minimum offer acceptance is set for 66% shares i.e. 5.2 million. The tender offer is from November 26, 2015 to January 14, 2016. Expected settlement date is January 21, 2016. SMBC Nikko Securities, Inc. acted as tender offer agent in the deal.
PricewaterhouseCoopers acted as third party appraiser and STW & Partners acted as legal advisor for Parking Management Organization. SMBC Nikko Securities acted as financial advisor for Aspirant Group, Inc.

NIPPON PARKING DEVELOPMENT Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the parking lot business, the ski resort business and the theme park business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Parking Lots segment is engaged in the operation, management, consulting and leasing of parking lots, as well as the provision of car sharing, camper rental, parking lot information search services. The Ski Resorts segment is engaged in the acquisition, operation and consulting of ski resorts and amusement parks, as well as the provision of employment services. The Theme Parks segment is engaged in the acquisition, operation, consulting, sale and rental of theme parks, villas and lodging facilities, as well as the provision of employment services. The Company is also engaged in the education business, the healthcare business and the real estate business.
