NII Holdings Inc. Appoints Robert A. Schriesheim to its Board and to Chair its Audit Committee

NII Holdings Inc. announced the appointment of Robert A. Schriesheim, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sears Holding Corporation, to its Board of Directors filling a vacancy on the seven member board that was created when the Company emerged from bankruptcy in June.  Mr. Schriesheim was also appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
