Neenah, Inc. Appoints Shruti Singhal as Independent Director and a Member of the Audit Committee

On July 21, 2021, the Board of Directors of Neenah, Inc. appointed Shruti Singhal to serve as independent director and a member of the Company’s Audit Committee. Mr. Singhal’s appointment is also effective as of July 21, 2021 with an initial term of office expiring at the Company’s 2022 annual meeting.
