National Graphite Corp. announce that, further to the news of March 5, wherein the Company submitted an 'Intent to Operate' plan with the Humbolt-Toiyabe National Forestry Service, Elko District Office to drill five holes within the Chedic Voltaire lode claim block, the National Forestry Service has determined that the Company submit a 'Plan of Operations' (PoO) to include an environmental impact study. Consequently the company is submitting a 5 hole drill program to SWCA of Elko, Nevada.

Upon completion of this environmental impact study, the Company will then submit the PoO to the Forestry Service for permitting approval. The Chedic Graphite Property has been the recent subject of geochemical sampling and geophysics and has outlined the potential to host an economic graphite ore body. National Graphite Corp.

currently holds the rights to the Chedic Voltaire, past producing, graphite mine in NW Nevada near Carson City, NGRC plans to advance the project through the exploration and development stages.
