Nanya Technology Corporation announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the year, the company announced sales was TWD 61,006 million compared to TWD 51,727 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 8,435 million compared to TWD 9,517 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 7,672 million compared to TWD 9,825 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.5 compared to TWD 3.23 a year ago. For the quarter, sales was TWD 14,773 million compared to TWD 13,116 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 1,304 million compared to TWD 1,440 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 911 million compared to TWD 1,286 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.3 compared to TWD 0.42 a year ago.

The Company operates through Japan segment, United Stated segment, manufacture segment and other segment four business segments. The Manufacture segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of semiconductor products, and the Japanese and United States segments are engaged in the sale of semiconductor products. The Company provides dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chips, including double data rate (DDR) DRAM chips, DDR2 DRAM chips, DDR3 DRAM chips and DDR4 DRAM chips, as well as low power double data rate (LPDDR), LPDDR2 and LPDDR3 memory products.
