Nakanishi Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces the status of the
own share repurchase resolved in the Board of Directors meeting held on August 6, 2021, in accordance with Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan and pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3, of the Companies Act as below.
The Company also announces that the own share repurchase pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors meeting held on August 6, 2021 has been completed as a result of the following repurchase.
