The board of directors of MSM International Limited. announced that Mr. Brian Wong Wye Pong has resigned as an Independent Director of the company with effect from 28 September 2018. He will relinquish his position as Chairman of the Audit Committee as well as a member of Remuneration and Nominating Committees with effect from the same date.
