Msa Declares First Quarter Dividend, Payable on March 10, 2017; Declares Dividend on Preferred Stock, Payable on March 1, 2017

The Board of Directors of MSA Safety declared a first quarter dividend of 33 cents per share on common stock, payable March 10, 2017 to shareholders of record on February 14, 2017.

The Board also declared a dividend of 56-1/4 cents per share on preferred stock, payable March 1, 2017 to shareholders of record on February 14, 2017.
