Morses Club Plc (AIM:MCL) acquired Shelby Finance Ltd for £0.2 million on January 10, 2017. Post-completion, Shelby will operate as a subsidiary of Morses Club. Richard Gray and Charles Leigh Pemberton of Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited acted as joint brokers; Andrew Holloway, Charlie Farquhar and Paul Gillam of Numis Securities Limited acted as nominated advisors and brokers and Ed Gascoigne-Pees and Jennifer Renwick of Camarco acted as PR advisors to Morses Club. Alison Starr and Simon Procter of Eversheds acted as legal advisor to Morses Club Plc. Morses Club Plc (AIM:MCL) completed the acquisition of Shelby Finance Ltd. on January 10, 2017.
