Moonbound Mining Announces Change of Auditor

VANCOUVER, BC–May29,2024–TheNewswire –Moonbound Mining Ltd. (the ”Company”) (CSE: MML)is pleased to announce that it has changed its auditors from Crowe MacKay LLP (“Former Auditor”) to Link-It Accounting and Financial Services Inc. (“Successor Auditor”) effective May 27, 2024.

At the request of the Company, the Former Auditor resigned as the auditor of the Company effective May 17, 2024 and the board of directors of the Company appointed the Successor Auditor as the Company’s auditor effective May 17, 2024, until the next annual general meeting of the Company.

There were no reservations in the Former Auditor’s audit reports for any financial period during which the Former Auditor was the Company’s auditor. There are no “reportable events” including disagreements, consultations, or unresolved issues as defined‎in National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“NI 51-102”) (Part 4.11) between the Company and the Former Auditor.‎

In accordance with NI 51-102, the notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from the Former Auditor and the Successor Auditor, have been reviewed by the audit committee and board of directors of the Company, and filed on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca.

Moonbound Mining Ltd. is a mineral exploration company which currently has three exploration projects and is seeking to acquire additional mineral exploration properties. The Company has two exploration projects and is seeking to acquire additional mineral exploration properties. The Companyâs projects include the Yak Property, located in northwestern British Columbia, Canada, and the Strathmore Property, which includes seven mining licenses located in Namibia, South Africa. The Yak Property consists of three contiguous mineral claims that cover about 4,020.7 hectares of the Northwest Mining District of British Columbia. It also holds an interest in the Norrabees Lithium Project, which is located in the Namakwa District Municipality, Northern Cape, RSA, about 80 kilometers north of Springbok and directly south of the Orange River and the border with Namibia.
