25 gennaio 2021 - Mondo TV annuncia di aver raggiunto una intesa preliminare con VlogBox Inc., società con sede nello stato del Delaware (https://vlogbox.com/) per il lancio su diverse piattaforme OTT e OnLine negli stati Uniti di quattro serie appartenenti alla library classica della Mondo TV.

L'accordo avrà durata a partire dalla metà di febbraio 2021 e fino alla metà di agosto 2023 e prevede la licenza in via non esclusiva dei diritti AVOD e SVOD (con esclusione della piattaforma YouTube) negli Stati Uniti e in lingua inglese sui programmi oggetto di licenza.

La licenza prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito, in sé non significativo, con un sistema di revenue share dopo il recupero del medesimo importo minimo garantito.

Con questa intesa Mondo TV trova un nuovo partner e un nuovo approccio al mercato statunitense per lo sfruttamento della library classica.

MONDO TV reaches a preliminary agreement with VlogBox for the launch in the United States of 4 animated series from the classic library on different OTT and OnLine platforms starting from February 2021

Mondo TV finds a new approach to the US market for the exploitation of the classic library

25 January 2021 - Mondo TV announces that it has reached a preliminary agreement with VlogBox Inc., a company based in the state of Delaware (https://vlogbox.com/) for the launch on various OTT and OnLine platforms in the United States of four series belonging to the classic library of Mondo TV.

The agreement will last from mid-February 2021 to mid-August 2023 and provides for the non-exclusive license of the AVOD and SVOD rights (excluding the YouTube platform) in the United States and in English on the licensed programs.

The license provides for the payment of a minimum guaranteed amount, in itself not significant, with a revenue share system after the recovery of the same guaranteed minimum amount.

With this agreement Mondo TV finds a new partner and a new approach to the US market for the exploitation of the classic library.
