Molymet was present at the Purpose International Summit

After five years of collaborative work, our purpose has become a guide for our collegues, which guides us to create new strategies, projects and initiatives. Likewise, today we are proud to say that it has not only become a guide for our company, but also for other companies that have started or are about to start this path. Thus, we were invited to participate in the Purpose International Summit event, organized in conjunction with the consulting firm People In Mind and the University of Navarra.

This international meeting brought together organizations and speakers to address purpose-driven business strategies and their positive impact for all stakeholders.

María Inés Gómez, corporate vice president of people, communications and social management, and John Graell, CEO, reflected on the purpose as the axis of the business strategy. Thus, the vice president emphasized that "we are what we are today, thanks to the work we have done in recent years around our purpose. The impact of the work we have done has guided every aspect of our business decision making. We really feel that we are already positively impacting humanity."

Meanwhile, our CEO highlighted that this work "requires perseverance, conviction and constant effort over time and most importantly, this must be more than a statement. Here the really important thing is to put the purpose into practice on a day-to-day basis".
