MMX Mineração e Metálicos S.A. ("MMX" or "Company"), the only Brazilian iron ore mining company with integrated logistics listed on the BM&FBovespa New Market, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Conference Call of the financial information relating to the first quarter of 2014, previously announced to be held on June 25th, 2014, has been postponed to June 26th, 2014, at 1:00pm.
The Company clarifies that the postponement of the Conference Call was necessary because of the holiday in the city of Rio de Janeiro on June 25th , 2014.
The date of the disclosure of financial information relating to the first quarter of 2014 remains on June
24th, 2014, after BM&FBOVESPA market closes.
