Zhongshan MLS Photoelectric Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 280,000,000 from returning investor MLS Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002745) on January 29, 2019. Post the transaction, the investor will retain its 100% stake in the company and the registered capital of the company will be increased from CNY 50,000,000 to CNY 330,000,000. The transaction has been approved by the directors of the investor in its 31st meeting of the 3rd directorate. The transaction needs to be submitted to the investor's shareholders meeting for consideration.
MLS Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of light emitting diodes (LED) packaging and application products. The Companyâs main products include LED lamps, Surface Mounted Devices (SMD) series and LED applications, among others. The Company's products are mainly used in indoor and outdoor lighting, lamps, landscape lighting, home electronics, traffic signals, flat panel display and lighting engineering. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
