The board of directors of Millennium Pacific Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Wong Tik Tung has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of Remuneration Committee, the chairman of Compliance Committee, a member of Audit Committee and a member of Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 31 December 2023 to devote more time to his other commitments and engagements.
