Mie Kotsu Group Holdings, Inc. (NSE:3232) acquired an additional 5.03% stake in Mie Isuzu Motors Co., Ltd. for approximately ¥250 million on October 30, 2012. Mie Kotsu Group will acquire 0.01 million shares of Mie Isuzu Motors. Post transaction, Mie Kotsu's stake in Mie Isuzu Motors will increase to 41.68%. For the period ending March 2012, total sales of Mie Isuzu Motors were ¥9.2 billion. Mie Isuzu Motors reported net assets of ¥1.04 billion, total assets of ¥6.87 billion, sales of ¥9.2 billion, operating profit of ¥146 million and net profit of ¥43 million from April 30, 2011 to March 31, 2012. The transaction was resolved by Board of Directors of Mie Kotsu Group on October 30, 2012.
