On May 8, 2018, Midland States Bancorp, Inc. appointed R. Robert Funderburg, Jr. as a Class III director of the company, which appointment was agreed to in connection with the company's acquisition of Alpine Bancorporation, Inc., which closed on February 28, 2018.
