Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. Announces That Paul G. Allemeier is Retiring from the Board of Directors

Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. announced that Mr. Paul G. Allemeier will not stand for re-election as a director of the Company or the Bank at their respective meetings of stockholders and will retire from service at the conclusion of the Company’s annual meeting and will become a director emeritus.
