Reference to the MFC PT 18/2022 dated March 1, 2022 notified the 2022 Annual
General Meeting of Unitholders of MFC - Nichada Thani Property Fund (MNIT)
through Electronic Meeting Platform which will be held on Tuesday April 26,
2022, 10.00 hrs. MFC Asset Management PCL, as the Management Company of MFC -
Nichada Thani Property Fund, would like to inform that the invitation letter of
the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of MFC - Nichada Thani Property
Fund (MNIT) through Electronic Meeting Platform and supporting documents have
been posted on the Asset Management Company's website at https://cutt.ly/ODk4Zw1
since March 28, 2022. The invitation letter and related documents will be sent
to the unitholders according to the Record Date as of March 16, 2022.
