Mercury Systems, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the third quarter ending March 31, 2019 and full year ending June 30, 2019. For the third quarter of fiscal 2019, inclusive of the acquisition of GECO, revenues are forecasted to be in the range of $162.7 million to $167.7 million. GAAP net income for the third quarter is expected to be approximately $10.8 million to $12.3 million, or $0.23 to $0.26 per share, assuming no incremental restructuring, acquisition, other non-operating adjustments or non-recurring financing related expenses in the period.
For the full fiscal year 2019, the company currently expects revenue of $631.0 million to $646.0 million, and GAAP net income of $42.6 million to $46.1 million, or $0.89 to $0.96 per share, assuming no incremental restructuring, acquisition, other non-operating adjustments or non-recurring financing related expenses in the period. Adjusted EPS for the full fiscal year is expected to be approximately $1.72 to $1.80 per share.
