Medical Data Vision Co., Ltd. (TSE:3902) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 800,000 shares, representing 2.05% of its issued share capital, for ¥1,000 million. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder interests by improving capital efficiency, implement flexible capital policies such as M&A, and secure excellent human resources by utilizing incentive plans for directors and employees. The program will be valid till June 30, 2022. As of September 30, 2021, the company had 38,996,848 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 1,030,678 treasury shares.
