Media Asia Group Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Jeffrey Soong as Executive Director and Member of the Executive Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Media Asia Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Jeffrey Soong has resigned as an executive director of the company and ceased to be a member of the executive committee, the nomination committee and the remuneration committee of the company with effect from 24 June 2014.
