Tyronne Stoudemire, previously a global leader at Aon Hewitt, has joined Mercer's Talent business in Chicago. As a Principal within the firm's Diversity & Inclusion space, he will report to Orlando Ashford, President of Mercer's Talent business.

Mr. Stoudemire joins Mercer from Aon Hewitt, where he served as the Global Head of Diversity since 2009. In this role he consulted with Fortune 100 clients on diversity strategy, served on the HR leadership team, and led the organization's overall diversity and community strategy. Prior to this position, Mr. Stoudemire was the firm's Global Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition for five years.

As a senior leader at Mercer, Mr. Stoudemire's responsibilities will include consulting with clients on diversity strategy and serving as an advisor to Mercer's Diversity Council.

During his more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Stoudemire has received numerous accolades, including the "2011 Top Executive in Diversity" by Black Enterprise magazine, The National Eagle Leadership Institute's (NELI) National Golden Eagle Award in 2007 and 2008, and a Leadership appreciation award from The National Association of African American Human Resource Executives (NAAAHR) in 2008. Most recently he has been recognized by the Illinois Commission on Diversity and Human Relations, which is awarding him the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Excellence in Leadership Honor on 26 January 2013.

Mr. Stoudemire serves as a Board member for Diversity Best Practices, the American Institute for Managing Diversity (AIMD) and The Conference Board -- Diversity Business Council and the Advisory Council for the NBMBAA Chicago chapter. He is an avid speaker on topics related to diversity and inclusion, and has presented at numerous workshops and national conferences.
