Aftersoft announces WMS module
Warehouse Management Software provides real time inventory management solution to warehouses of all sizes
Aftersoft Network NA is pleased to announce the release of its Warehouse Management Software (WMS). Integrating seamlessly with its VAST business management application, the WMS module will optimize the flow of goods through a warehouse, managing all activities from goods receiving and putaway to picking, packing and shipment.
A handheld PDA and scanner handles all data input and communicates wirelessly with the main software application, where an intuitive dashboard provides an instant snapshot of current activities, allowing managers to analyze and prioritize operations.
"We are excited to announce the forthcoming release of WMS" said John Fischer, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Aftersoft. "The module was recently launched at our sister companies - the UK and US arms of MAM Software - where it has experienced great success. The specific tire warehouse functionality we have developed will further extend the capabilities of VAST, and provide warehouses with a fully integrated solution for all of their business activities."
"With its accurate, real-time goods tracking, the WMS module can help you increase your stock handling accuracy and improve your labor productivity. Whatever the size of your warehouse, WMS ensures that the transfer of stock is accurate and efficient."
