The Institute for Supply Management's Prices Index fell to 44.5% in November - down from 53.5% in October. ISM said 14% of manufacturers reported paying higher prices, 25% reported paying lower prices, and 61% of supply executives reported paying the same prices as in October. ISM says this is the first time that raw materials prices have registered a decrease since July 2013 when the index registered 49 percent. Story provided by StockMarketWire.
