Majesco announced the appointment of two highly experienced and respected leaders to support its growing ClaimVantage product business. The addition of Adam Morell and Darren Keener will further enhance Majesco?s ability to develop and deliver superior solutions and drive customer satisfaction. Adam Morell Joins as Senior Absence Management and Compliance Counsel Adam Morell joins the Majesco ClaimVantage team as the new Senior Absence Management Compliance Counsel.

With over two decades of experience as a compliance expert, Adam will play a pivotal role in ensuring the compliance of Majesco?s ClaimVantage platform as well as supporting Sales and Service to expand the product?s market presence. Adam recently served as Assistant Vice President, Product Compliance at Sedgwick, where he spearheaded compliance and development efforts for their accommodations and return to work products. He is a seasoned speaker and engaging trainer, having presented at numerous national conferences and authored dozens of articles on workforce absence and workplace issues.

Darren Keener Joins as Senior Principal Business Solutions Consultant and Subject Matter Expert Darren Keener joins the Global Insurance Solutions team at Majesco, bringing over 17 years of experience from Unum, where he began his career in the contact center, handling customer inquiries about leaves and claims. Over the years, he has held various roles in the Leave Management Center, including processing leaves, serving as a technical lead for leave processing, managing a team of leave specialists, and eventually leading the opening of a second leave management office in Maine. Additionally, Darren served as the Absence Product Owner for automating the leave process for Unum customers and held the position of Partnership Director for one of their strategic HRIS partners. As the demand for Majesco?s ClaimVantage solution grows, Darren will take on a dual role acting as an SME for Claims and Absence, supporting sales opportunities, and assist Product and Services Organizations with a renewed focus on enriching the customer experience and enhancing the overall value proposition for Claims and Absence.
