Maisons du Monde announces that its Board of Directors has decided to co-opt Françoise Gri as an independent director, to succeed Thierry Falque-Pierrotin as Chairman of the Board, following the latter's resignation.

The home furnishings chain will ask shareholders to ratify this co-optation at the AGM on June 29, and to renew Françoise Gri's term of office until the AGM called to approve the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2026.

The Board also proposed the appointment of François-Melchior de Polignac as Managing Director, and Sylvie Colin and Anouck Duranteau-Loeper as permanent representatives of Teleios Capital Partners and Majorelle Investments.
