Mahachai Hospital Public Company Limited Approves Dividend for the Year 2018, Payable on May 24, 2019; Approves the Election of Teerasak Eamsherangkul as Director

Mahachai Hospital Public Company Limited approved the dividend payment from the operation result of the year 2018 at THB 3.35 per share on May 24, 2019, at its AGM held on April 26, 2019. The right of Shareholders to receive the dividend, those will record on March 14, 2019.

At the same meeting, the company approved the election of Mr. Teerasak Eamsherangkul as Director.
