M2 GROUP LTD MARKET RELEASE

The securities of M2 Group Ltd (the "Company") will be removed from the official list of ASX Limited at the close of trading today, Tuesday 23 February 2016, at the request of the Company, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11 following implementation of the scheme of arrangement between the Company and its shareholders in connection with the acquisition of all the shares in the Company by a wholly owned subsidiary of Vocus Communications Limited.
