Shareholders in M2 Group Ltd (the "Company") voted in favour of the Scheme of Arrangement (the "Scheme") giving effect to the merger with Vocus Communications Limited ("Vocus") at a meeting held on 28 January 2016. The Scheme was approved by the Supreme Court of Victoria on 5 February 2016.

Under the Scheme, shareholders in the Company will receive 1.625 Vocus shares for every share in the Company held at the record date.

The following timetable applies to the Scheme:

28 January 2016	Scheme meeting held
5 February 2016	Court date to approve the Scheme
8 February 2016	Effective date - Court orders approving the Scheme lodged with ASIC and ASX
8 February 2016	Securities in the Company are suspended from trading on ASX at close of trading (ASX Code: MTU)
9 February 2016	New Vocus shares commence trading on a deferred settlement basis (ASX Code: VOCN)
15 February 2016	Record date for the Scheme
22 February 2016	Implementation date for the Scheme; Issue date
23 February 2016	New Vocus shares commence trading on a normal settlement basis (ASX Code: VOC)
26 February 2016	Settlement of all on-market trades conducted on a deferred settlement basis from 9 to 22 February 2016 (inclusive), and first settlement of trades conducted on a T+3 basis.
