M+S Hydraulic AD is a Bulgaria-based company that is principally engaged in the industrial equipment industry. It focuses on the production, distribution and repair of hydraulic motors, steering units, valves, brakes and accessories. The Companyâs product range includes hydraulic motors, hydraulic disc brakes, crossover, switch and relief valves for hydraulic motors, as well as hydrostatic steering units and accessories for steering units. The Company has two subsidiaries, M plyus S invest EOOD and Lifam Hidravlika, as well as three affiliated companies, including Balkars Konsortsium OOD, SPKh Trans OOD and Progres AD. As of December 31, 2012, the Companyâs major shareholder was Stara Planina Hold AD with a stake of 30.91%.
