(Alliance News) - The board of directors of LU-VE Spa met on Monday and decided, at the proposal of the remuneration and nomination committee, with the consent of the board of statutory auditors, not to co-opt any member to replace Iginio Liberali, who died on Dec. 22, 2022.

The decision was deferred to the shareholders' meeting next April, which will be called to decide on the renewal of the current board of directors, whose term is set to expire with the approval of the financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2022.

The board appointed the CEO, Matteo Liberali, as chairman of the company until the end of the current board term, confirming his existing delegated powers, which are unchanged.

LU-VE on Monday gave up 0.9 percent to EUR26.90 per share.
