Lohakit Metal Public Company Limited held Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on July 26, 2018, approved the dividend payment from the operating results for the year ended March 31, 2018 at THB 0.25 per share, totaling THB 95,750,000. The dividend shall be paid to the shareholders which name appeared on the record date of June 20, 2018 and the dividend payment will be on August 10, 2018.
The company also approved for the appointment of Mr. Vittawat Akarapongpisak as a director to replace the director who retired by rotation.
Lohakit Metal Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company. The Company is principally engaged in the processing, distribution and shearing of stainless steel, steel, and metal products. It is a service provider managing the supply chain, including the delivery, and processing of metal and non-ferrous materials (stainless steel, coated steel, aluminum, copper, and brass). The Companyâs product type includes cold rolled stainless steel coil, hot rolled stainless steel coil, decorative stainless steel pipe, square stainless steel pipe, automobile industry pipe, galvanized steel sheet roll, and galvanized sheet roll. The Company also supplies stainless steel pipes under the brand name D-Stainless.
